Jenna Yee
CPT & Founder
Hi, I’m Jenna! I grew up in the Bay Area, California, and movement has always been a part of who I am. From family bike rides and weekend hikes to competitive sports, being active was something my parents instilled in me early on. Over time and through the bumps and injuries that came with staying active, I developed a real interest in injury prevention and recovery.

After college, fitness remained a steady passion in my life. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be - not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. Whether you're coming back from an injury, looking to improve performance, or just want to feel better in your body, I believe fitness is a tool to help you grow and thrive.

In 2023, I earned my personal training certification to deepen my knowledge and better serve the people I work with. I’ve also coached basketball at different levels, which taught me how to connect with individuals at all stages of their journey.

I started Vitality360 as a way to bring all of this together - performance coaching, injury prevention, and personalized support - so that others can move smarter, train stronger, and live with more confidence.
